La bouche est fruit\u00e9e, joliment rac\u00e9e et offre un bon \u00e9quilibre, de la jutosit\u00e9, une jolie min\u00e9ralit\u00e9, de la finesse, de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie ainsi qu&rsquo;une fine trame acidul\u00e9e. En bouche, ce vin exprime des notes de coing, de mirabelle fra\u00eeche\/croquante et plus l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de poire associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des touches de petits fruits jaunes, de min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 rac\u00e9e, \u00e0 de tr\u00e8s discr\u00e8tes pointes de fleurs de pommier fra\u00eeches, de sauge fra\u00eeche et \u00e0 une imperceptible pointe de brioche au beurre (en fond). Bonne longueur.
